Turnaround Times

Standard Turnaround Times:

• Each product has a specific preparation time, measured in business days. Please check the product page for details

Business Day Definition:

• A business day is 24 hours from the time your order is placed, as long as it’s during our business hours (before 4:00 PM).
  • Example 1: If you order on Monday at 8:00 AM with a 1 business day turnaround, your order will be ready for pickup on Tuesday.
  • Example 2: If you order on Monday at 6:00 PM (after business hours), your order will be processed the next business day, so a 1 business day turnaround means your order will be ready on Wednesday.

Same-Day Orders:

• We do not guarantee same-day pickups. If you request a pickup earlier than our standard turnaround time and we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel and refund your order.

Business Days:

• Our business days are Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays, and Sunday does not count toward turnaround times.

Please Note:

• Orders require at least 1 business day to prepare.
• Pick-up is available Tuesday through Saturday only. The bakery is closed on Sundays and decorators are off on Mondays.
• All Sunday orders must be picked up on Saturday.
• Orders requested sooner than 1 business day will be canceled and refunded.
• After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming your pick-up date and time. If we have any questions, we’ll contact you.

Pick-up is at Michael Angelo’s Bakery, 8035 Broadview Road, Broadview Heights, OH 44147. We do not provide pick-ups at our winery location.

Important: You’ll be asked for shipping information at checkout, but this order is for bakery pick-up only. We do not offer shipping for this item.
